Primark PS nail polish review and swatches

By on April 14, 2017 in Reviews , Swatches

Last time I reviewed Primark PS nail polish I was rather disappointed (see my review here). Two years later, I have decided to give Primark’s PS nail polishes another try. So here I am again with Primark PS nail polish review and swatches.

Primark PS nail polish review and swatches

During my trip to Primark today I noticed that some of the polishes were priced only £0.60 (in 6ml bottles). Naturally I felt the need to purchase at least one. I ended up with two and decided to share them with you.

For the 60p polishes there were about 4 or 5 different colours to choose from. The bottles are cute and have enough polish in for a few sets of manicures at 6ml. I did not like the brushes as the bristles were very soft. I have never experienced this before, but soft bristles just make the brush feel unsturdy? It was okay to apply the polish, but not the best.

Primark PS Galaxy nail polish

Galaxy is a dusky lilac polish with pearl finish. On the swatches I am wearing two coats with top coat. Without the top coat the polish dried into a semi matte finish. Fast dry top coat is a definite must have with this little beauty. To be honest, at Primark I was find of this colour, but dislike it now. Don’t see myself wearing it again to be honest. What do you think?

Primark PS Rose nail polish

Rose is an antique pink polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing two coats with top coat. This polish is a bit nicer, but looks a bit on the peach side rather than rose side colour wise.

Primark PS Matte Top Coat

Another polish that I purchased was a matte top coat. It was almost 3x the price of the other two polishes at £1.50. Still cheap enough not to break the bank lol. This is the nicest of them all :)

Have you purchased any decent nail stuff from Primark recently? Let me know in the comments :) xxx
