Hello! Today I have the most beautiful collection of flake polishes to show you. I spotted Cirque Colors Candy Coat collection at Rainbow Connection and just had to get the whole collection of six!
Cirque Colors Fairy Floss
Fairy Floss is a very sheer pink jelly polish full of intense electric blue flakes. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
Cirque Colors Sugar Plum
Sugar Plum is a sheer lilac polish packed with bright multi-chrome flakes. Most of the time the flakes look molten, but also fuchsia pink and even green in some angles. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
Cirque Colors Snow Cone
Snow Cone is a sheer sky blue crelly polish full of due-chrome flakes. These flakes mostly look fuchsia pink, but also show green and purple in some angles. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
Cirque Colors Bonbon
Bonbon is a sheer fuchsia pink polish full of vibrant duo-chrome flakes. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
Cirque Colors Sour Punch
Sour Punch is a vibrant, almost neon green polish full of vibrant duo-chrome flakes. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
Cirque Colors Candy Apple
Candy Apple is a neon green crelly polish full of due-chrome flakes. On the swatches I am wearing two coats of polish with top coat.
I am just speechless… these are just so beautiful, all of them. It would be so hard to choose my favourite. I think Sour Punch is a must have, such gorgeous neon green! Candy Apple is also very nice, it will make the most perfect Christmas looks.
Now, initially, when I was looking at online swatches, I was a little unsure about Fairly Floss. However, I don’t mind it’s sheerness now that I have tried it on. I think I might want to try layering it over creme polishes, I think it would create some interesting looks.
On the other hand, now that I have swatched Snow Cone, I feel that this shade of blue isn’t the most flattering with my skin tone. It just feels slightly too ‘cold’ if it makes sense?
