Hello and happy weekend! Today I am showing you swatches of Dark Metal Lacquer Halloween collection.
Dark Metal Lacquer Halloween collection was released yesterday at their Etsy page. The collection consists of five polishes and two of them are glow in the dark. Very exciting :)
Dark Metal Lacquer Pumpkin Masharoo
Pumpkin Masharoo is a bright orange crelly polish full of black and white triangles, black stars and different size black and white hexagon glitter. On the swatches I’m wearing two coats and a layer of top coat. Great formula and beautiful finish!
Dark Metal Lacquer Choccy Orange
Choccy Orange is a brown crelly polish full of small metallic orange glitter. On the swatches I’m wearing three coats and a layer of top coat. The polish was easy to apply and had a gorgeous finish.
Dark Metal Lacquer Cut Bleed Eviscerate
Cut Bleed Eviscerate is a fuchsia pink jelly polish full of small pink glitter. On the swatches I’m wearing two coats and a layer of top coat. The glitter in this polish is gorgeous, it’s more sparkling than metallic glitter but not your usual holographic, it has like blue-pink-holo sparkle.
Dark Metal Lacquer Narcotica
Narcotica is a purple glow in the dark polish with creme finish. On the swatches I’m wearing two coats and two layers of top coat. This polish was a bit gritty and wasn’t self levelling very well so it took two coats of top coat to smooth it out.
Dark Metal Lacquer Acid Bath
Acid Bath is a neon green glow in the dark polish with creme finish. On the swatches I’m wearing three coats and a layer of top coat. Similarly to Narcotica the formula was a bit gritty but only needed one layer of top coat to be completely smooth. I LOVE the colour and the name of this polish and the glow in the dark effect is so vibrant!
I decided to wear Acid Bath for the weekend and added some Halloween nail with a cheapo stamping plate I got from Aliexpress (if you decide to order it note that the shipping took over two weeks). Most of the images on the plate were quite small so I had to do a lot of double stamping but I’m happy with the final look.
It looks so cool in the dark!!!
