Nail Technician client record card template

By on October 17, 2014 in Advice , Free Downloads

Hi all! I recently had to design myself some Nail Technician client/treatment record cards and I thought that I might as well share my creations :) So here’s a downloadable nail technician client record card template and a treatment record template.

As a nail technician you would need these documents to keep record of your clients.

Download the Client Record Card here (opens as a .pdf) and Treatment record Card here (opens as a .pdf).

Please note that whereas you are welcome to download and use these record cards for personal use you are not allowed to share them without citing back to me. Also, you are not allowed to sell them.

Thank you so much for creating the client record card. I’ve been searching for a simple consultation form for when I am mobile. Its really helpful.

Thank you.
