Hello, another GlamLac post coming trough! GlamLac Dreams and Stories collection was released for Spring 2015, so only a few months ago [emoji cat face with wry smile].
The main theme of the collection is soft pastel shades. There is also two gorgeous holographic glitter polishes included in the collection that really bring the colours together in my opinion.
GlamLac Enchanted
Enchanted is a dense holographic gold glitter polish. The formula is quite thick but the great thing about this glitter is that it’s fully opaque in 2 – 3 coats. On the swatches I am wearing three coats.
GlamLac Bisque
Bisque is a light nude gel polish with creme finish. It looks a bit more skin-toned in real life, it was a hard one to capture [emoji pouting cat face]. On the swatches I am wearing three coats.
GlamLac Doll House
Doll House is a baby pink gel polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing three coats.
GlamLac Dreamtime
Dreamtime is a mauve gel polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing two coats.
GlamLac Sleeping Beauty
Sleeping Beauty is a lilac holographic glitter polish. The formula is again on the thicker side but it’s opaque in just two coats which makes it all good [emoji kissing cat face with closed eyes].
GlamLac Dreamy
Dreamy is a bright lilac gel polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing three coats.
This collection is full of colours I really love, very hard to pick any favourites but I’d say Dreamy and Sleeping Beauty both stood up for me the most.
Check out the nail art looks I created for Scratch Magazine using polishes from this collection here and here.
In the second tutorial I also used a polish that wasn’t included in this collection. It’s called Grand Jewel and it’s a clear gel polish full of silver holographic circle glitter.
On the swatch below I am wearing it over Doll House.
