Hello! Happy Thursday! On the blog today is a new brand to me (and possibly you) Jasmel London nail polish.
I found a set of eight polishes on eBay. Firstly, I brought the brand because of the bargain price. The whole set of eight polishes was priced at only £3.55 posted. Secondly, I really loved the professional looking bottles. Thirdly, the unique and earthy colours really intrigued me.

Because of the polished (excuse the pun!) looking bottles, my hopes were high for this brand. However, as soon as I opened the first bottle, the disappointment started to reveal itself.
Don’t get me wrong, the bottles and colours were as beautiful as expected. However, the scent of the polishes was just off putting. Furthermore, the formulas were gooey and not polish-like at all. Application wise, i would not buy these polishes for my worst enemy. They felt rubbery if this makes sense. Just not like something you would actually want to put or have on your nails.
Honestly, these polishes were even worse than Kleancolor polishes. They were so bad that I gave up swatching after a couple. This was because I felt that it would be just waste of both of our time.

To conclude, the polishes actually look ok on the swatches, but I don’t recommend them due to the above.
