Jessica Shine Bright Collection review
Jessica Shine Bright Collection consists of three glitter nails polishes. One of which is a very typical Christmas shade, Naughty or Nice. This polish is a Marilyn Monroe red polish full of metallic red glitter. The other two polishes are a little bit more unique with their flaky glitter finish.
All three polishes were opaque in two to three coats and look best with a layer of top coat.
