Lacquerlove September 2014

Lacquerlove September 2014 box is full of season appropriate autumn colours and is themed Fashionista to celebrate London Fashion Week. The free gift was a surprise pick and mine was a So Susan Concealer.

So Susan Peplum

Peplum is a purplish burgundy red polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing two coats with no top coat.

So Susan Dark Denim

Dark Denim is a dark blue polish with creme finish. On the swatches I am wearing two coats with no top coat.

So Susan Aqua Marine

Aqua Marine is a sheer light blue shimmer polish full of tiny blue and gold particles. On the swatches I am wearing three coats with no top coat. I think this polish would look best on top of a creme colour such as Dark Denim for example as it’s quite sheer on it’s own.

So Susan Emerald Dust

Emerald Dust is a green and gold glass fleck shimmer polish. On the swatches I am wearing three coats with no top coat. I really loved this one, it’s super sparkly!

So Susan Concealer

I am so happy with another box full of amazing polishes and a great make up item. I haven’t had a proper go with it as of yet but from swatching it it seemed good.

I did wear the mineral foundation powder by Jelly Pong Pong (from July box) for a night out on Friday and LOVED IT! I was so lucky as it was perfect for my skin tone and it made my face look nice and matte. It also lasted all night which was a great as I am usually so busy dancing that I can’t be bothered to re-apply my make up lol.
