Sally Hansen Cool it! Frost is a yellow polish with a vibrant shimmer finish. I have written a little bit more about Sally Hansen vintage polishes here.
I can’t say that the polish is decently opaque, nor is is something I would usually wear, but it sure is a lovely one to say goodbye to summer.
On the swatches I am wearing three coats of polish with a layer of top coat.
